Merchants may experience issues when trying to use Sidekick within the admin seeing errors such as: - Sidekick ran into an issue - Sidekick getting stuck in loops of thinking > analysing > processing > thinking > analysing > processing - This may also affect merchants abilities to access our support documentation through the help centre
We are investigating an issue regarding email and mobile app notifications and will keep you updated. Emails sent to merchants, along with those from the Shop App to buyers, may currently be unavailable. This may affect logins via email. Additionally, Shopify mobile push notifications may not be delivered to merchants. Currently, emails from merchants to buyers and transactional push notifications from the Shop App continue to operate normally.
Some customers might encounter an issue where shipping rates are not displayed during the checkout process on Shopify. To temporarily resolve this issue, reconfiguring any missing shipping zones, states, or provinces in the admin should restore shipping functionality at checkout. Check each shipping zone that you have configured, and ensure that there are states or provinces selected.
