As of November 1, 2026 at 05:00 UTC, we've identified that a significant portion of failures are due to issuer-bank maintenance affecting payment networks. We're currently seeing elevated cancellations and expired errors with PayByBank payments. We've identified that this is caused by an outage at an upstream partner and our engineers will monitor for recovery. We will provide further updates once recovery is observed.
